Returns:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with your product for any reason you may return it for a refund, a similar item(s), or store credit. 

At any time within the first 14 days after receiving your product you are not satisfied simply contact us at Affordablebuildingblocks@gmail.com and let us know.  If the product was missing parts or is damaged, we reserve the right to send a replacement item(s) in lieu of a refund.  If the reason for the refund request is other than missing or damaged parts ship the item(s) to Affordable Building Blocks.com at 2128 William St. #177 Cape Giradeau MO 63703.

All item(s) must be received in good, undamaged condition, with no missing parts.  After the item(s) is received and inspected by us, you will be notified of your refund and method it will be issued.

 

Shipping:

All returns should be sent to Affordable Building Blocks.com at 2128 William St. #177 Cape Giradeau MO 63703.  All shipping cost and related expenses are the responsibility of you the sender.  It is recommended that you send the item(s) in a method that can be tracked by you the sender.  It is further recommended that the item(s) be insured for the full retail price.

 

Restocking Fee:

Any item(s) returned to Affordable Building Blocks.com for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
